Singapore private home prices unexpectedly rise to 5-year high in Q2


Christine Li, head of Singapore and Southeast Asia research at Cushman and Wakefield, said: “Despite the cooling measures, the basic demand is still very resilient.”

Ms. Li said that the price rally showed that despite the uncertainty caused by Sino-US trade tensions, investors are still optimistic about the long-term prospects of the international financial center Singapore’s residential market.
